Overview
Course Duration One Year Full-time
Leads to NFQ Level 5 QQI Award in Art
The purpose of this course (which was developed primarily with mature learners in mind) is to develop your skills in drawing, painting and a range of other creative media.
We emphasise the importance of an individual approach to study through a broad range of projects allowing each student to build on personal interests and talents.
PLEASE NOTE: The focus of this mornings only course is in developing the student's own artistic ability and capacity. The focus is not on preparing a portfolio for further study at a higher level. If you want to focus on preparing a portfolio for advancing to further study, then we would recommend our other course: Art (Portfolio Preparation).
